Principles of customer data processing
This document defines the purposes, composition, processing and confidentiality of the processing of customer data at the disposal of Elamise Kergus OÜ.
Who is customer?
A person who has entered into a contractual relationship with Elamise Kergus OÜ.
What is customer data?
Customer data is any information that Elamise Kergus OÜ knows about its customer (eg customer’s name, contact information, transaction data). Elamise Kergus OÜ collects the following data from customers to fulfil orders: name, telephone, e-mail address.
What is customer data processing?
Processing of customer data is any operation performed with customer data (incl. collection, storage, organization, preservation, modification, disclosure of customer data, providing access to customer data, making inquiries and extracts, use, transfer, cross-use, connection, closure, deletion and destruction of customer data).
Who is the data processor?
The processor of customer data is Elamise Kergus OÜ. The authorized processors of customer data are Itella SmartPOST OÜ, Omniva (AS Eesti Post), DPD Eesti AS and Maksekeskus AS. In addition, Chaport, Klaviyo, Facebook, Instagram and Google Analytics are interfaced with the e-store.
What is the purpose of processing customer data?
Elamise Kergus OÜ processes customer data in order to fulfil the contract entered into with the customer, protect our violated or disputed rights, and better understand customer expectations, thereby providing the customer with suitable and high-quality services. The data is used to fulfil orders, issuing invoices and goods, and sending newsletters.
In which cases Elamise Kergus OÜ discloses customer data?
Customer data is confidential and will not be disclosed to or accessed by third parties without the customer’s prior consent, except in cases provided by law.
How Elamise Kergus OÜ uses customer data when offering services?
The data is used to fulfil orders, issue invoices and goods, and send a newsletter (only to customers who have requested it). The customer has the right to contact Elamise Kergus OÜ at any time to indicate his/her wish not to receive personal offers.
How to change your customer data and request to stop processing it?
The customer can access the collected data by logging in to their user account both in the “My account” menu and in the order history. The customer has the right to get acquainted with his / her customer data by e-mail info@elamisekergus.ee or by phone +372 5290139. If the customer data has changed or is otherwise incorrect, the customer can change it in the “My Account” menu.
The customer has the right to demand the termination of the processing of his/her data and / or the deletion of the collected data, if the respective right arises from the Personal Data Protection Act or other legislation.
