Using the interdental brush together with a bamboo toothbrush means you not only protect your teeth and gums, but at the same time you protect the environment.

Push the interdental brush carefully into the space between two teeth. Move the brush horizontally back and forth a few times as well as diagonally in an “X” movement alongside the teeth. When brushing the lower teeth, the brush should be held at a slight upward angle, and when brushing the upper teeth, the brush should be held at a downward angle. Always use the interdental brush without toothpaste, and preferably daily before brushing your teeth. Clean the brush under running water.

Brushes can be used repeatedly, but used brushes should be stored separately from new ones.

You should replace the brush after 7 to 14 days.
